Purple -Bag Doritos have a new Cheetos-cousin

Tangy Chili Fusion Cheetos - Walmart

Flamin' Hot Cheetos have a cult following, and recently got their own origin film. (I think it's available on both Hulu and Disney+.)  Although I enjoy spicy snacking, I've never been a fan. I am uncharacteristically picky when it comes to cheese-flavored snack food. If I'm reaching for Cheetos, it's the classic crunchy bags or Mexican Street Corn, but that may change after this.

m&m's Vote Flavors! (YouTube Video Review)

Pretty sure you can't vote for these flavors anymore...but, they've been in my stash for a few months and it feels SO good to finally try these and get these outta here!

I also recorded my NY Summer Fancy Food Show Haul video, and some long overdue Peeps video. Now that the show is over, I'm back to posting two YouTube Videos a week!

Tao Kae Noi Hot Chilli Squid Super Crisp Grilled Seaweed - Sunseng Market

Tao Kae Noi Hot Chilli Squid Super Crisp Grilled Seaweed - Sunseng Market
My last two reviews were candy bars from the same store, which were both delicious, but repetition can get a bit boring, and now for something completely different: Hot Chilli Squid flavored seaweed strips! (Try saying that three times fast!)

Fireworks Chocolate Bar - Trader Joe's

Fireworks Chocolate Bar - Trader Joe's
For the record, I hate Katy Perry, but I love JonTron, so here's your obligatory Fireworks reference. Now that we've got that out of the way...

The first time I grabbed this chocolate bar was back when we were recording our Trader Joe's themed episode of Candyology 101 with the awesome foodies from What's Good at Trader Joe's. I did a lot of "homework" for that episode, which meant buying a TON of Trader Joe's sweets to eat and discuss, but I may have gone a little overboard... I bought way too much and I needed to consume it faster than I could blog about it! Some of those candies were good enough to warrant repurchase and their own write-ups, so I grabbed this today because it seems oh-so appropriate for the upcoming Valentine's Day season. (Dammit, now I have Firework stuck in my head. At least Jon does it better.)

Assorted Moser Roth Chocolates - Aldi: Cherry Hill, NJ

Assorted Moser Roth Chocolates
- Aldi: Cherry Hill, NJ
Today has been one of those days. I woke up realizing I accidentally left two of my car windows partially down during the huge storm last night (passenger side thank goodness), I fell down the stairs while carrying my laundry to the basement, and to top things off, I sliced my right pointer finger open while trying to fix my noisy CPU fan. If there was ever a day to eat chocolate, it's this one.

I had a few different chocolate bars from Aldi's fancier line leftover from our Store Brand Chocolate Candyology101 podcast, so it's time to cram my face with candy and forget today ever happened.

Fritos Chili Pizza - Papa John's: NJ

Fritos Chili Pizza - Papa John's: NJ
Oh wow, I haven't reviewed a Papa John's pizza since August. It doesn't feel like it's been that long since a new flavor was released, did I miss one?

I've already said this (multiple times, I bet you guys are sick of hearing about this) but I haven't enjoyed a limited edition Papa John's pizza since the Double Cheeseburger one. Apparently I was one of the very very few food bloggers who enjoyed that pizza, but ever since, I feel like these new flavors are something I can easily make at home with a few ingredients I already have on hand. (Like that Sweet Chili Chicken or the Greek. Toss feta on a veggie pizza, or some chili sauce and chicken and it's the same exact thing.)

This time Papa Johns is selling a pizza with Fritos on it. Am I a sucker for buying a pizza covered in Fritos? We'll see...

There's a new Specialty Papa John's Pizza, and I'm not sure how I feel about it.

Frito's Chili Pizza - Papa John's
Happy Halloween everyone! I'll be posting fun Halloween related stuff once I get home from work, but in the meantime, what do you guys think about this new limited edition pizza?

I've tried a LOT of the Papa John's pizzas that have been released this year, and other than the double cheeseburger, I feel like they've all been boring and forgettable. The Greek was a veggie pizza with Feta, the sweet chili chicken was a normal pizza with the sauce replaced with sweet chili sauce (that I can easily buy at any grocery store), and the pulled pork pizza was more like rejected jerky. This time we have a pizza that's covered in Fritos, which could be interesting, but I wonder if they retain their crunchiness.

Even though I am not really excited for this new pizza, curiosity will get the better of me, and I bet a review on this will be up before the week is out. Are any of you excited for this pizza? How'd you feel about the last few limited edition pizzas Papa John's threw our way?

Chili Mango and Pineapple Jelly Fruit Slices - The Fudge Factory: Wildwood, NJ (Part 1)

Jelly Fruit Slices - The Fudge Factory: Wildwood, NJ
Two weeks ago I finally went to the shore for the first, and most likely last, time this year. Since I knew I'd only get one day in Wildwood this summer, I made sure to hit up all of my favorite shops and buy tons of boardwalk treats. My first stop, The Fudge Factory.

Some of you might remember that I reviewed some fudge from this shop last year, because it's the best place to get fudge on the Wildwood Boardwalk, and I got a few new flavors to review this year, but I also spotted these little jelly fruit slices. Normally I would pass these by, but there were a bunch of interesting flavors I had never seen before (at least not in jellied fruit slice form) so I had to grab a few to photograph and review.

First up, Chili Mango and Pineapple.
