These crispy little seaweed sheets have been my go-to snack for the last month. I bought my first package back in February when it was a new item, and I meant to review it, but I got a little hungry. Eight packages later, and here I am finally posting a review.
Why did I do this to myself?
After finally working my way though all of those sugar free Sparkiling Ice drinks a few months ago, and suffering from vertigo for the first time ever in my life (I am fairly sure the drinks were involved although I can't prove anything), I buy another sugar free beverage. In this case, this beverage uses erythritol, which is supposedly better for me than sucralose, but on top of that this is made with the fruit from the coffee plant. Coffee and me are not best friends.
I'm so sorry body. I don't why I am doing this to you. (I don't want to waste money and I'm cheap.)
Time for a Halloween staple, candy corn!
It seems like this has been a good year for candy corn and s'mores. This summer I spotted a decent amount of limited edition s'more items on the shelves, and now there are a bunch of new candy corn flavors. I have seen Starburst flavored candy corn, pumpkin spice candy corn, and tons of fruity flavors like caramel apple or grape. I like candy corn, but it is just too sweet for me. (If I buy any it'll sit around forever while I slowly nibble away at it.)
The packaging is the same as any other bag of candy corn, but what sets this item apart is the large s'more in the upper left corner and the uniquely colored candy inside. From top to bottom there is a yellow-orange cap, a chalky translucent white center and a chocolatey bottom. (Similar to Indian style candy corn.) I really like the combination of colors, it gives you a very nice, generic, fall feeling. Although the bag is pretty blah, the candy would look great at a Thanksgiving dessert table.

By the time this is posted it'll be Friday and I will be completely exhausted.
I very rarely drink coffee,although I have a special Youtube video coming up where I drink a ton, so I have been looking for something to give me a little pick me up on Fridays. These on clearance at Wegman's so I figured I'd give them a try.
The package is really skinny and tall, it's about the size of a candy bar. The outside container is made of cardboard (yay recyclable materials) and it has the typical Gatorade logo and color scheme. There isn't too much to critique, but I like that this package easily fits in with the rest of the Gatorade line.
Fall is upon us, which means pumpkin and pumpkin-spiced everything is almost here! (I am so excited. I already have 5 new things to review.)

At first I was going to let this one pass me by, mainly because I assumed that they would taste like banana runts, but my boyfriend gave me two cookies and the taste was enough to change my mind.

I haven’t been disappointed by a Wegman’s ice cream yet, so let’s get right to the review…
It’s been a rough couple of months, so my mom decided to pick up some little treats for the family.
I am in love with this plastic angled container! The translucent, packing tape-like, label peels off cleanly so that the presentation becomes that much nicer. These are just so impressive looking, especially for a pre-made grocery store creation. I bet theses would look fantastic at a dessert table for a party.
The other day I had to stop by Wegman’s to pick up some wonton wrappers for dinner, and I saw they they had little pints of premium ice cream, similar to Ben and Jerry’s. I just couldn’t resist. I love banana ice cream. (It is second only to Cherry Garcia.)
Store brands typically mean no frills, so the designs and packaging are very basic. The container is a bright, gaudy, yellow with chocolate brown swirls and generic graphics. At first glance, the packaging looks like a 2nd semester design student project, but it actually photographs really well. The bold colors and design give it a nice graphic quality in photos.
Limonata is a lemonade flavored Italian mineral water. Sanpellegrino makes several citrus flavors: orange, lemon, grapefruit, blood orange, and chinò. (I’ve never seen or heard of chinò, so I had to look it up on Wikipedia.) So far I have only had the orange and lemon flavors, but I’d like to try them all.
The glass bottle is small, textured, and slightly tinted. It has a unique teardrop shape, which fits really nicely in hand, and the bottom is textured like a lemon peel. I think the bottles are adorable, but the label design is quite sophisticated. The stickers have a complex, curvy, shape which is quite impressive from a design standpoint, and the label-design is very complex.
I was buying groceries when this little bottle caught my eye. I have had this brand before and they make an AMAZING minty milk that tastes like melted ice cream. So I was really excited that they decided to make a pumpkin version. Is this better than the Aldi version?
