Desk Lunch!

Last night's dinner was nothing special, just a bunch of leftovers, and today I'm being super lazy and having a take-out desk lunch. The General Tso's special is super cheap, but it's not great. The peppers may be there, but the dish isn't spicy at all, and the chicken bits are dry and stringy. (Plus I asked for white rice...)

It's not the best tasting lunch in the world, but it thankfully warms me up. This office AC is freezing me to death!

Lite General Tso’s Chicken and Wontons - Chinatown Garden: Washington DC

Lite General Tso’s Chicken and Wontons - Chinatown Garden: Washington DC
I had to grab a quick dinner before we made the 2 hour drive back to Jersey, so I headed into DC’s Chinatown for a bite to eat.
I decided to get an order of General Tso’s with some dumplings, but this restaurant actually offered a “lite” version which I have never seen before. I was curious, so I gave it a try.

Chinatown, PA

Chinatown, PA
I just got back from a trip to Chinatown, PA with my family. Here’s what I ate!
Sweet and Sour Soup, General Tso’s Chicken, Chicken with Eggplant and fortune cookies!
