Mini Pecan Pie - Tennessee
My buddy Jared and his amazing band, The Zombie Mafia, went on tour recently! When he came back he brought me a little treat. A mini pecan pie!This itty bitty pie was adorable and delicious! I think actual lard was used in the recipe because it had a hint of smoky flavor, maybe bacon fat?
