French vs Icelandic - Yogurt De-stash Part 1

Yogurt is ugly.

No one posts a photo of -just- yogurt. It's always covered with photogenic toppings, layered with fruit and seeds, or used as an accent. It's in the same boat as oatmeal. Something you enjoy, but don't brag about.

That said, I've bought a decent amount of yogurt flavors, so here is part 1 of my (hopefully) fridge clearing-series.

Blond Chocolat Pocky
I bought this a LONG time ago, and I am 100% sure it's "expired," but I'm going to eat it anyway. I like to live dangerously.

Beignets (instant mix) From my boyfriend's trip to Louisianna

Beignets (Made from a mix) - From my boyfriend's trip to Louisiana
After being wifi-less, and working myself to the bone to prep for Otakon's artist alley, my beignet post is finally here!

Some of you might remember that my boyfriend went to Louisiana last month for two weeks to visit family, while he was there he went to the famous Cafe Du Monde for coffee with chicory and a big plate of sugar dusted beignets. Since he knows that I run this blog, and that I love trying new foods (especially famous ones), he bought a box of instant beignet mix and a tin of coffee so that I could experience the same yummy treats.

Guest Review! Caffe Latte, Caramel Macchiato - H-Mart: Cherry Hill, NJ

Caffe Latte, Caramel Macchiato - H-Mart: Cherry Hill, NJ

Since I'm not much of a coffee drinker, I thought I would have my caffeine addicted boyfriend write up a review on this little caramel latte from H-mart.

If there’s one definitive fact I’ve learned from dating a foodie, it’s that even a simple snack can be a blog-worthy experience. While I may have never taken my relationship with candy or ice cream to the internet, there is one category of digestible delights I can’t help but indulge in – coffee. Half-jokingly referred to as obsessed, and self-admittedly referred to as addicted, coffee has been my go-to beverage for nearly a decade. Between working at Starbucks and living as a sleep-deprived college student, my pallet for caffeine has been thoroughly refined.
