Day three was the shortest with the least amount of floor to cover but, when I took a look at my camera's memory card, it was my most photo-heavy day at the entire show! There was a LOT of awesome stuff waiting for me in the North Hall!
I covered half of it in my Day 3 Part 1 Post, but today I finally finish things up!

Since I had to ride the train(s) back to Jersey after the show, and go back to work the very next day, I made sure that day three was my shortest and easiest day with the least amount of showroom to cover. This way I'd be less zombie-like towards the end. For my last day in NY I went through the North Hall area of the show where some very interesting new products were hiding.

I'm safe and sound back in Jersey. Now that I'm back at my PC I can't will myself to release the rest of my day one photos without some photo retouching. I got too snap-happy with my camera and never changed the settings. They were still set on my custom white balance from my photo-set up here at home, so while I get those ready, I'm skipping ahead to day 2 which had MUCH better lighting!
Day 2 is my BIGGEST day with the most ground to cover. Day 1 I covered every aisle of level 1, and on day 2 I had to cover all of level 3. Just to give you an idea of how big the 3rd level main-room is, here is the map.

Longest post title ever? It might be! Well, this swanky looking mermaid has red hair, so that's kind of Valentine's Day-y, right? Okay, maybe not, but I have to review it. It's been in my stash for nearly a year! (It expires this April!) Plus it's Thursday, so what better time to review a throwback item with a sassy red-headed mermaid on the package?
I have a LOT of food in my to-be-reviewed stash, and it's getting way out of hand, so I'm trying to get through the stuff that's been sitting around the longest. I got this seaweed sample at the Summer Fancy Food Show, and that was back in July...so I figured I should probably hurry up and review this thing.
Summer is slipping through my fingers! Pumpkin spice items are already taking over the shelves, and I've only gone to the shore once! (For the record, I'm all about the pumpkin flavored stuff, but it's too soon!) I'm currently fighting tooth and nail to pack as much summery goodness into these last few days as I can, and since I was raised here on the east coast, nothing says summer like salt water taffy.
(Today's flavors: Chicken & Waffles, Maple Bacon, Chili Mango, Frosted Cupcake and Lemon Meringue)

I'm getting ready to head to Baltimore on Thursday, so things are really crazy right now. I'm barely sleeping, I'm making a ton of art, and I'm trying to hurry up and review any and all of the perishable products I picked up in NY before they expire.
When I was leaving the convention center there were a few trucks lined up outside handing out food products. I'm guessing they either couldn't get a booth at the event, or maybe they did have a booth and just wanted extra publicity, but either way, it was more free stuff and this time it was available to the general public as well as show attendees. Since Chia is super popular right now, I thought it'd be fun to give this a try.
I bought that bag of Chimes classic ginger chews well before the Fancy Food Show, because I loved the packaging. So when I saw them at the Fancy Food Show, I had to stop by and tell them how much I loved their designs.
While I was at their table I grabbed a few samples of their other flavors to try, so here's a handy, dandy, little sampler review!
