Krispy Kreme released a new Ghostbusters collaboration for the franchise's 40th anniversary.
If you're new here, I'm a big Ghostbusters fan. I've had marshmallow flavored Slimer shakes, Ghostbusters burgers, Twinkies, Ecto-Cooler, and official novelty campfire marshmallows. Admittedly I was not a huge fan of Frozen Empire, the newest movie in the franchise, so I skipped those specific food-tie-ins intentionally, but there was no way I was missing these doughnuts.
Speaking of movies, since my last post I've watched:
- The Fall of the House of Usher (Netflix) - 8/10 - second time watching it through
- Ouija: Origin of Evil (Netflix) - 8/10 - liked it more than I thought I would .
- Scooby Doo on Zombie Island (Max) - 10/10 - It's Terror Time Again is my jam.
- School Spirits (season 1) (Netflix) - 8/10 - it's campy- fun, I really enjoyed it and want more!
- Beetlejuice Beetlejuice - (Theaters) 8/10 - a third time! "Keeps getting funnier every single time I see it!"
- Agatha All Along (Disney+) - 6/10 - fun so far, but I'm not loving it like everyone else
- It's What's Inside (Netflix) - 10/10 - dark comedy is my favorite, refreshing and fun
Flavor-wise, this collaboration is pretty basic, but Krispy Kreme is a reliable brand that rarely misses. Even though these flavors aren't all that different from other offerings they've had in the past, I know they're going to deliver that classic Krispy Kreme flavor I know and love, so I'm down to buy them even if it's more-so novelty decorations.
